We are nice to our fellow bike riders AND the other traffic sharing the road with us. Listen to your ride leaders! They are nice folks with your best interest in mind. A helmet is always a good idea. You are responsible for your own safety on the "Please BE KIND to Cyclists" Annual Ride."
